*Students will need to pick up forms in the Main office or print them here Physical, Insurance and Medical, and County Rules.
All forms (filled out) and money must be turned by Tuesday the 14th.
Football Tryouts will be August 5th. Regular practice will begin the next day. If your family is planning a vacation, please plan it before this time. We will practice every week day beginning August 5th and will only have 2 and a half weeks to prepare before our first contest. All practices are mandatory.

Heritage Middle School will follow the statewide policy of the Georgia High School Association for conducting practices and voluntary conditioning workouts in all sports during times of extremely high heat and/or humidity.
